In my quest to look and feel my best—and get to my ideal weight—I have discovered wonderful and powerful strategies to make losing weight relaxed (not stressful), simple (not complex) and a happy experience (not a struggle). It is certainly challenging as are many of good things we achieve in life. That is where support comes in. We can do anything better when we are supported and have the help we need.
I work with clients to find the right balance of food, exercise and habits to meet individual needs and desires. I provide a comprehensive, clinically proven, plan to help you look and feel your best. The best part about my program is the peace and freedom that comes from having a flexible, balanced way of eating with no cravings or excess hunger.

Sunpower Yoga is warm and radiant. It embodies energy and life. The sun is always shining—whether it is cloudy, raining or nighttime, the sun is glowing. So too, is our essence. Our true nature is beautiful, wise and authentically powerful. The sun, like life itself, pulses. It draws in and radiates out. In Sunpower Yoga, we learn to contract and expand out muscles, energy and breath to create the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, stability and freedom and wisdom and wonderment.
Just like the sunshine, Sunpower Yoga feels good. Stretching, breathing, and focusing stimulates the glands and organs, releasing hormones that enhance moods and wellbeing. Oxygen, blood and fluid move into tissues, lubricating joints, ligaments and muscles. Taking a few minutes each day to practice Sunpower Yoga allows you to expand, glow and radiate positive energy and feel fully alive.
I developed Sunpower Yoga from over 25 years of training and experience. I studied with the top teachers of almost every type of yoga and created a program that takes the best of all disciplines. Each class has a three components- “Sunrise” is invigorating and stimulates energy, “Heat” is powerful, cleansing and challenging and “Sunset” is restorative and restful.
I teach:Private sessions are $ 100. Group classes are $ 15 – 18 per class.
