About Me
Using sound research and scientifically based techniques, Susan demonstrates to her audience powerful tools to enable them to create positive outcomes in their lives. Simple and effective posturing, breathing, and mental imagery techniques are introduced to transform the physiological state to one that is relaxed, happy and empowered. The results are instant and clients’ lives improve immediately.
Susan developed her passion for teaching these techniques in 1985 when as a "stressed out" Marketing Director for Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas she gained 30 lbs, suffered from stress-related skin rashes, and was getting sick so often that her work was beginning to suffer.
Today, the techniques Susan teaches literally transformed her life from that time. She was able to handle rush hour traffic, office frustrations and daily stressors with much more grace, ease and dignity. Her health gradually improved and she was able to lose the weight she had gained without stress or dieting and improve her life holistically.
Susan has taught her Executive Stretch program and Relax for Success workshops at IBM, ISS (Internet Security Systems), Datalex, Home Depot, Northside Hospital, YMCA, at numerous community centers, churches, synagogues, and schools. Her private clients include doctors, lawyers, sales professionals, and business executives.
As a weight loss and health coach, Susan is passionate about teaching people the power of food choices in creating wellness and wellbeing. Susan's simple plan has transformed hundreds of lives.
Susan received her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and worked in the healthcare field for 10 years prior to founding her business. She has numerous certifications and over 20 years of study in the field of mind/body health. Her internationally distributed audio CD called: KidVisions: Empowering Children Through Relaxation and Imagination, is used by health practitioners around the world.
